Dark Light

Slowwkid is an electronic solo project based in London, Britain, United Kingdom in 2012. This year he has released three mix tapes, a collection of four demos/singles, and one full album. Most of which are available for free download on his soundcloud. His sound is akin to that of witch-house, uk garage, and witch-step, some tracks staying darker and “foggier” with mixed samples, ghostly vocals, and pitch-shifted voices. While at the same time other tracks hold a dubstep sound comparable to James Blake, along with a soft autotuned voice and echo. The best move you can make is actually listen to these tasters below and then adventure yourself around his pretty full Soundcloud profile with close to 90 tracks already available. Productive did you say ? Indeed. Especially since this is a solo project started in 2012…
