Celebrating her 18 years of age in style, Chlöe Howl is definitely the lucky girl of the year. After signing a major contract with Columbia and releasing just a few tracks on her Soundcloud profile. The briton managed to scoop favorable posts from a flurry of blogs all over the world, including us (see here)… She has now released her first free 3 track EP called “Rumour” on her birthday last week :
