Dark Light

Gahhh Blimey, it is scooorrrching hot here in Paris (France), like having the hot breath of Satan just over our sorry selves. Nothing better then, to indulge in some quality disco jam by no other than the talented duo from Melbourne named GL that we previously featured in our columns. Today, the pair have dropped this fancy tune upon us, to remind us that their next string of summer shows is about to get underway. It’s about time we see them roll around the European countryside. It’s been a long time since they dropped their critically acclaimed “Touch” debut album and I can’t wait to see them perform live here in France, and around Europe. GL says of the track “Reflect” :

Reflect is an extended jam we made at TFS studio in North Fitzroy, Melbourne. We wanted to try a long form exploration piece. Listen out for the delightful keyboard solo by Harvey Sutherland! Lyrically it’s about searching inward, when the outside gets a bit much.
