Blubell<\/strong> is a brazilian singer and composer who grew up in S\u00e3o Paulo and since 2006 has a solo career. Before that, she was part of a few bands, made special features in shows of the Brazilian big band\u00a0Funk Como Le Gusta, and borrowed her voice to jingles for TV commercials. Her first album \u2013\u00a0Slow Motion Ballet\u00a0\u2013 released independently in 2006, brought only songs written by the composer, except for a version of \u201cJunk\u201d, by\u00a0Paul McCartney. Slow Motion Ballet was well received by the critics in newspapers such as Folha de S. Paulo and O Estado de S. Paulo and was praised by other Brazilian singers like\u00a0Marisa Monte\u00a0and\u00a0Mallu Magalh\u00e3es.<\/p>\n
