Didn\u2019t expect anything like this kind of sound as I pressed the play button. <strong>Glass Animals<\/strong> just signed to Kaya Kaya (on XL recordings) and have delivered some pretty impressive stuff on their Soundcloud profile. Self Blown got a hold of \u00a0them on HumanHuman and got us turned into a frenzy ever since, especially this \u2018Black Mambo\u2019 track we totally recommend :<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F91237808\" height=\"166\" width=\"100%\" frameborder=\"no\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F44845075\" height=\"166\" width=\"100%\" frameborder=\"no\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Glass Animals\u2019 is the first signing to the new imprint kaya kaya records via xl. They are the perfect collision between wild beasts\u2019 eccentric vocals, radiohead\u2019s sensitivity and flying lotus\u2019 softly pulsating electronics. The band produces perfectly structured music. Whilst there are hints of darkness, there also seems to be a sense of fragility. Their music takes you on a journey, whilst frequently mentioning creatures suggesting movement and life.
