They also have plenty of live dates to follow including one at Truskel this December (on the 6th). They sing in English, but are real Frenchies. With a brilliant live set to get established acts something to lurk on and a real threat to keep an eye on. Above all, their material sounds so well produced that you\u2019d think these French tweens have been around for decades\u2026 Here\u2019s BE QUIET, from Southern France, the NEXT BIG THING.<\/p>\n[title subtitle=\u201d\u201d]Band Bio[\/title]\n[columns_row width=\u201dhalf\u201d]\n[column]\nLoin de vouloir associer leur nom \u00e0 la musique qu\u2019ils produisent,\u00a0<strong>BE QUIET<\/strong>\u00a0se forment en 2009.\u00a0Ces jeunes bordelais ayant \u00e0 peine 18 ans pour moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge se retrouvent dans une musique ax\u00e9e 80\u2019s rappelant les froideurs caverneuses de la Cold Wave et le Rock avant-gardiste am\u00e9ricain.\u00a0Par son style \u00e0 la fois bruitiste et m\u00e9lodique couplant crissements de guitares et rythmiques minimalistes, les riffs de\u00a0<strong>BE QUIET<\/strong>\u00a0sont non loin de nous rappeler ceux de\u00a0<em>My Bloody Valentine<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Sonic Youth<\/em>\u00a0ou encore\u00a0<em>Joy Division<\/em>\u00a0et\u00a0<em>Interpol<\/em>.\u00a0A son tableau de chasse, le quintette compte de nombreuses premi\u00e8res parties dont celles de<em>\u00a0Ratatat<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Trust<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Jamaica<\/em>,\u00a0<em>The Vaccines<\/em>\u2026<br \/>\n[\/column]\n[column]\nFrom Bordeaux, in France we introduce you to <strong>BE QUIET<\/strong>. A young cold-wave, avant-garde rock band that will send shivers down your spine. Especially if you witness their live set. And what better day to approve of their concert in an appropriately named venue such as ParisParis. Their music will undeniably recall the sounds of\u00a0<em>My Bloody Valentine<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Sonic Youth<\/em>\u00a0or even\u00a0<em>Joy Division. <\/em>These little geniuses \u2013 only barely over the legal age to down a pint in a bar \u2013 can deliver pretty effin\u2019 rad 80\u2019s influenced riffs, melodies and credibility.
