Here at Sodwee.com, we like to follow-up on far reaching artists<\/a>. Specially when we get to follow their blossoming career from scratch. And it was\/still is the case with 19 year-old New Zealand based and London born R&B singer-songwriter Thomston\u00a0<\/strong>also known as Thomas Stoneman<\/em>.<\/p>\n

So much so, that in the time we first\u00a0covered his whereabouts<\/a>\u00a0and today, the then teen has come a long way. Signing deals right left and center. And under new management, in fact, the same management as Lorde<\/em> (Saiko Management<\/em>). Thomston<\/strong> has now the EP to support his blossoming success in the music industry. A heartfelt foray into the ups and downs of a teenage heartbreak in Auckland, New Zealand.<\/p>\n

It’s very classy, close-up vocals\u00a0paired with\u00a0lush instrumentals, that await you with the latest EP “Backbone”. The kind that washes upon you and never seem to dry away. Sometimes, drawing clear influences from Josef Salvat<\/em>, BANKS<\/em> and other similar contemporaries. A fresh, albeit dark look on modern pop.<\/p>\n
