Hey there. Just back from a screening of episode 09 of Game Of Thrones<\/em>, and couldn\u2019t stop but laugh at the dragon-burlesque unfolding before my sorry eyes. Had a good ol\u2019 throwback to the \u201cNever Ending Story\u201d when the Queen finally dompts the flying creature, you know what I\u2019m talking about : \u201cAtreyuuuuuuuuuuuu, Aaaaatreyuuuuuuu\u201d\u2026 You get my drift.<\/p>\n

Anyway, I\u2019m not here to serve some half-baked\u00a0Game Of Thrones<\/em> rants, but rather, here to share some really fresh music with you in the name of LAAKE<\/strong>. From my very own citayh : Paris, France. Thanks to The Undscvrd<\/em><\/a> for pointing us over to this talented frenchman. France sure holds some fine artists these days.<\/p>\n

LAAKE <\/strong>churns out some pretty damn delicious vibes. Somber in style, airy in allure. Not shy to\u00a0turn into\u00a0a\u00a0primitive and sharp when the piano shows up for battle, fighting for legitimacy\u00a0against strong machine led elements and an army of synth-lines with impeccable melody.<\/p>\n

Rapha\u00ebl Beau<\/em> has dropped his first EP \u201c69\u201d less than a month ago and is\u00a0fast becoming one of our favourite new talent to emerge from the City Of Lights. (listen below).<\/p>\n
