You’re a fan of classic electronic R&B, with plenty of soul to spare and an eager will to discover new music ? You’ve come to the right place dear friend ! Today we’d like you to get aquainted with the sound of South East London duo TIDELINES<\/strong> by\u00a0Niom\u00ed Eve<\/em> and Kailin<\/em> with strong influence from Arca, Night Slugs, Cassie<\/em> and Tinashe<\/em> to name a few.\u00a0They’ve just released their new EP to, we’re hoping, a long line of them. Dreams EP is very very promising. Remember the early days of FKA Twigs<\/a><\/em>… Well it just feels like a rebirth here at Sodwee<\/em> HQ<\/p>\n

You’ll be turned over by\u00a0Niom\u00ed\u2019s velvety vocals slide as you listen to the whole EP, while the synths themselves seem to wheeze and soar. The boy\/girl duo met in London (UK), both were born in London but raised in completely different parts of the world – from Bejing for Kailin<\/em> to Ireland for\u00a0Niom\u00ed<\/em>. The end result is a superbly harmonious, graceful, and soul induced sound. The Dreams EP is soft and ethereal, but with darker underlying tones\u00a0reflecting the duo\u2019s conflicting natures.<\/p>\n
