Pepper<\/em>-era Beatles, and, perhaps most obviously, the falsetto-heavy melodic ear candy of The Flaming Lips.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh of performances at The Great Escape last week, <strong>Plastic Mermaids<\/strong> will be releasing their forthcoming EP\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/plasticmermaids.bandcamp.com\/album\/everything-is-yellow-and-yellow-is-my-least-favourite-colour\">Everything Is
