It’s been a long time coming<\/a>, but we finally happy to say some new material by New York City producer Zach Lipkins also known as REFS<\/strong> has finally dropped. The track is called “Breeze” and comes high off the two previous tracks (listen below) he already put out to general blog consensus and critics alike. His intricate, clever production skills shines through on this track with vocals by Richard Saunders to great effect.
