We’re very excited for the future of the Montreal music scene when we come across new bands like Florda Well<\/strong>. We have high hopes this psychedelic-pop band with a sprinkle of electronic layers thrown in to the mix will make it big because of how strong the debut single sounds. It’s a quite a bold statement from the opening verse of the track:<\/p>\n

Being so new out there, Florda Well<\/strong> hasn’t got much going for us to munch on. However, we can say they’re backed by some leading management<\/a>\u00a0(also responsible for acts like Tei Shi, Ought <\/em>or Timber Timbre<\/em>)\u00a0and are already slotted to perform at Le Ministere with Yamantaka and Sonic Titan on November 18th (this coming Saturday for any of you in the vicinity) at the M for Montreal Festival. We can also reveal the mysterious band members behind the project who roam by H Shper, his brother P, and friends E Tighe N Ward. and borrowed their band name from the famous mythological fountain of youth allegedly discovered by Ponce de Le\u00f3n in Florida back in 1513.\u00a0A\u00a0spring\u00a0that supposedly restores the youth of anyone who drinks or bathes in its waters.<\/p>\n[accordion]\n[item title=”LYRICS SHEET”]I want to say it\u2019s alright
