Their debut single&nbsp;<strong>\u201c<\/strong>SWEAT<strong>\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;is a beautifully unhinged slice of sonic therapy: all jittery guitars, existential dread, and the kind of lyrical overshare that makes your group chat feel seen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe style=\"border: 0; width: 100%; height: 120px;\" src=\"https:\/\/bandcamp.com\/EmbeddedPlayer\/album=3155934460\/size=large\/bgcol=ffffff\/linkcol=0687f5\/license_id=4789\/tracklist=false\/artwork=small\/track=3276137131\/transparent=true\/\" seamless><a href=\"https:\/\/thesophs.bandcamp.com\/album\/sweat\">SWEAT by The Sophs<\/a><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Frontman&nbsp;Ethan Ramon&nbsp;croons like he\u2019s clinging to the edge of a breakdown, and obviously loving it. The track builds, spirals, combusts, and by the end, you\u2019re not sure if you\u2019ve danced or cried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think early Radiohead if Thom Yorke had a panic attack in a nightclub bathroom.
