This isn\u2019t a grand entrance \u2014 it\u2019s a slow, steady walk onto a dimly lit stage where every word lands because it has to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOpening Night\u201d sits somewhere between late-era Monkeys noir and restrained urgency. James Ford\u2019s production keeps things taut and human, like the song was recorded with the clock ticking loudly on the studio wall. No flashy tricks, no arena-baiting chorus \u2014 just a band that knows exactly when\u00a0not\u00a0to show off. Turner delivers his lines with that familiar half-crooned, half-confessional tone, sounding less like a frontman and more like a narrator quietly insisting you pay attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
