Franco-Colombian electronic duo Mandarina, based out of Paris have returned with a second single titled “Miel”. After dropping “No Soy De Aquí” in May 2019, Paola Olarte (lead vocals) and Michael Tainturier (producer, keys) are back with a modern take on a soul track. Influenced heavily by afro-cuban sounds.
The result is a clever blend of pop sensuality with melancholic accents rooted nicely into Paola’s latin roots and Michael’s electronic music ‘savviness’. It’s well worth the play.
