Today’s dollops of awesomeness comes from a Portuguese singer based in London. Her name is Mai Kino, remember her, you’ll see a truck load more in the coming months. She dropped her debut “Burn” on Soundcloud two days ago. And has since taken the music blog word by storm with the oozing pop and gentle vocal perfomance. She worked alongside Luke Smith (Foals, Petite Noir and Depeche Mode).
It’s pretty obvious, Mai Kino in for the long run. Not unleashing her wide range of assets just yet. She invites the passer-by to indulge first. Like meeting your Tinder fantasy for the first time ! It’s all about taking your time. Same here. We’re pretty certain the Lisbon-born singer will throw more golden tracks at us. Patience is a vertue.
