Dark Light

Introducing Thandi tonight on the blog. Now, you’ve most probably heard about the London native before as she is also a backing singer, vocalist, and the keys player in Club Kuru band. But not only that, she has partnered with a plethora of artists from around the music scene. And all those years, gathering friendships, and connections in the music industry in the UK has meant Thandi could comfortably build a solo project and confidently put it out with serious backing.

The multifaceted singer-songwriter, musician and producer collaborated with equally talented drummer Graham Godfrey, who himself worked with Club Kuru and Michael Kiwanuka bringing this funk-tastic driven drum break as the palette for Thandi to lay her blissful airy vocals over debut track ‘Forgetful’.
