Paradis - "Toi Et Moi" Directed by Andrea Montano & Pablo Padovani (lead from Moodoïd)
Okay boys, girls, we’re in for a great whirl today with dark French-pop outfit and Paris based electronic maestros Simon Many and Pierre Rousseau, from Paradis (previously covered here)… Today the pair dropped the video for “Toi Et Moi” off their upcoming debut album due out in Spring. And we believe we have the next big thing to hit the shelves here at Sodwee.com HQ. The kind of tune that should represent French culture, a track with perfect balance, class and definite allure, the whole wrapped up in excellent musicianship. Some kick arse video, which should I add, was directed by Andrea Montano and Pablo Padovani (he plays lead and directed a few videos for his own huge band called Moodoïd.
As for the track itself, It’s one of those “repeat-all-day-everyday” tunes, you never get tired of that addictive guitar riff, and the hook, my god that hook. Too good.
Any way, indulge and expect the full length debut album by Spring this year. Just in time to enjoy during hot summer evening, worldwide.
[title maintitle=”Passport” subtitle=”previously shared tracks”]Paris-based band Paradis are no strangers to Sodwee.com. We first heard them with the awesome remix of Alain Souchon‘s “La Ballade de Jim” : a track and legendary artist that are as much part of french culture and “folklore” as are the Eiffel Tower and the Baguette to Parisian culture…
