It’s those times when all you do during your spare time is listen to music. And spare time I have. So, browsing new artists on websites like the hype machine and other hipster blogs (see blogroll in the side bar)… I came across the likes of Santogold and Adele which I’ve already talked about in previous posts. Today was Duffy’s turn, and boy she gave me an eargasm. Again. She’s from North Wales, a little pad I’m very attached to, just because Granny lives over there and it’s very green.

She’s called Duffy, she’s Welsh and has blonde ambitions. She’s about to take over self-destructing Winehouse & Dusty Springfield together, and believe me, she has the guts to do so. Set your time machines back to the 60’s and all the good times of that period, meaning Motown, Stax, Atlantic and what have you. She will release an album on the 3rd of March named “Rockferry” with golden tracks like “Warwick Avenue” and “Mercy” set to be released on Feb 25th.
