After putting together a Hip-Hop playlist for Freshvibez, I decided to ig a little further into the Mishka catalogue and discovered a few interesting bands/artists. The one stand out alongside Supreme Cuts, was The-Drum (a duo of Jeremiah Chrome and Brandon Boom from Chicago) with their newly released Sense Net EP. A dark, experimental R&B sound they’ve been perfecting since 2010. It’s nervous, punch-drunk and… groovy as the Bandcamp description reveals. It’s one well baked EP. We wholly recommend you download its entirety and watch these guys closely in the near future :

I'm always on the hunt for that new sound. I have amassed a substantial amount of music over the years. My library reflects my eclecticism. I've traveled and lived abroad a fair bit and an avid consumer of culture, from movies, to live concerts.
