Dark Light

With this second EP, Aquilo have upped the ante dramatically, proof in “I Gave It All” and the video launched today to give a kick arse teaser to what’s to come in the very near future. This video is the first installment of a two part series. The first part here with the track “I Gave It All” is narrated through the perspective of Kat (the Girl). While the second video out on the 8th will depict the same story, with the same characters but from a different point of view and with a different track all together… Both videos work perfectly well on their own. However it’s with both that you piece the story line in a complete way.

The videos were originally set to be released earlier, but to the duo’s own decision, were taken back to production to come up with a better result. And boy they did a great job ! Watch the first part of this story above, with ‘I Gave It All” taken from Aquilo‘s 2nd EP out next December (2014).

The track ‘I Gave It All’ is a powerful love/relationship declaration that sets the picture from the get-go. Focusing on minute details within its arrangements. The production output has gone through the roof, the same way we felt with SOHN‘s debut “Tremors” before the summer took over. We loved every bit of it! We’re ain’t shy of saying so. Every side hasn’t been left unturned, unexplored by the english duo, from the little town of Silverdale in the UK. Expect Aquilo to sky-rocket just like Adele did in it’s prime, let’s face it, you can’t go wrong with Tom and Ben. Duo of only 18 and 19 years old respectively.

Aquilo’s EP ‘Human’ will be released December 8th via Oskar Recordings in France.
