Dark Light

We’re going to focus on a young outfit in particular. They’re called FORMATION and have just recently released their debut EP “Young Ones”. We were, along with a bunch of giveaway winners, very lucky to witness their first ever headlining show in Paris at Point Ephémère on March 26th as part of their debut “Life Goes On!” tour stopping in multiple cities around Europe.

Groove, Power & Know-How.

The band is led by two look-alikes. Two brothers from South London. They’ve been at it for a little while, since about the same time last year in fact. Dropping infectious tracks such as “All The Rest Is Noise”, “Back Then”, “Young Ones” and a few remixes including a fantastic rework of Shura’s hit single “Indecision”. Goes without saying these two chaps are on a roll.

So to say we were pretty excited to be part of their first headlining date on the tour is an understatement. We were ecstatic. And we were not disappointed. We even had Michela Cuccagna – (famous Italian photographer based in Paris) in attendance to cover the live set with some rather rad pictures to the point where she couldn’t hold a fancy footwork no more, and ditched the camera duties for a whirl in the pit with the rest us. Here’s what she managed to capture (below)

If you missed that show, or were too busy guzzling apéro drinks with your mates or because you had to get to bed early because you were working “early” the next day. Well too bad. You missed a hell of a show. You know what to do next…
