Dark Light

At Sodwee.com, we’re always eager to hear what Jones has baked for us. Fresh out the oven, it is with great delight that she serves the newest single “Melt” off her forthcoming debut album ‘New Skin’ due for release later on this year. Written and produced alongside another rising fixture on the London scene in the name of HONNE. “Melt” is the closest beacon of sound we’ll get before the diva (in the best possible way of the definition) drops her anticipated album.

Modernist throughout, it is electronic soul at it’s best, electronic soul you’ll refer to down the road as it is brilliantly actual, as well as it is timeless in every possible way.

JONES says about the stellar track :

It’s about when two people are together, whether it’s love or infatuation, sometimes it feels as though they’ve moulded into one. Whether that be for a lifetime or a moment. It’s about acceptance, forgiveness and loyalty.

Melt is also the sonic stamp of approval of what is to come on the yet-to-be-released album ‘New Skin’. Enrolling some brilliant talent left, right and center, Jones has had help from Justin Parker, who helped Lana Del Rey, Rodaidh McDonald who co-produced fantastic bands like Savages and The xx, A.K. Paul, XO, Oceaan and a string of other producers for what will be an album to be remembered. So keep your ears peeled and wide open, give “Melt” a listen below and “Indulge” with the Jools Holland clip further down.

A to Z : Joining Emirates Cabin Crew

Many have asked how to join the company as Cabin Crew, many questions. I'll try my best to answer them in ONE post. I'll try to give a detailed chronology of how you could get a job working for Emirates, but that is only based on my experience so far. There's probably other ways to join but I'll go for the most common one, the one that applies to any wannabees out there. I'll also try to design some sort of chart to be even clearer.
