By now, you should know we’re total freaks when it comes down to British brotherly duo Formation and their tightly produced tracks, mesmerizing live shows, all reminiscent of what LCD Soundsystem got us hooked on. Clever beats, engraved lyrics and powerful on-line statements that resonate throughout their songs one hit after the other.

Today the boys from South London, release yet another taste from their upcoming LP and the track is called “Drugs”. Another clear and promising premium cut for who ever wants to impress a large party of friends to an underground, gritty, sweaty and all too good banger. We love everything these guys put their fingers on. Turns to gold. Helped by no other than Leon Vynehall on production and Ben Baptie on mixing duties, the latter whom also worked with Låpsley, Adult Jazz and Empress Of. They’ve managed to conquer a far-fetched and wide audience, both in their home-country and abroad with an extensive tour under the belly and an appearance at Austin famed SXSW festival last year.
Check out the interactive video below for their latest single “Drugs” and expect them to be huge. Will and Matt totally deserve the Street-Credibility throne, especially after you see them live pushing some quality dope and moving some fancy footwork.
