Dark Light

From the onset, this debut single sets the bar real high. Future Animals drop “Ask For It” today and seemingly are on the path to success. It’s no surprise actually, seeing their track record as writers and producers they’ve been very successful creating music for people like Lukas Graham, and currently working with artists such as Aloe Blacc, Selena Gomez and many more. For their own project the duo setup their own label called Rocket Science on September 29th 2017.

The track “Ask For It” itself is loaded with great soul dollops in the vocals layered over buttery smooth piano chords and sharp rhythm. The composition just oozes great confidence and is the result of lengthy hours spent making great art together. Indeed, the Danish duo consists of Stefan Forrest and Morten Ristorp and recalls the likes of Australia’s very own similar act SAFIA.
