Dark Light

After the the high-octane, hard-hitting percussions of her debut track “Ritual” had dropped we knew Nava, the project led by Iranian singer-songwriter Nava Golchini and her sidekicks Francesco FugazzaElia Pastori and Marco Fugazza, would follow up with an equally interesting piece of music and that it was time for miss to actually show her face to the world (see featured pictured above).

The track is called “Navigate”. Which immediately made us think of us on a journey aboard one of those ancient Persian Navy ship navigating through the inner workings of Nava Golchini‘s soul. As she’s totally in command of her craft here, knowing exactly where she’ll take us next and leading the way with the beautiful vocals layered over tribal rhythms, industrial, near metallic sounds and other electronica moments in between.
