Dark Light

Remember when it was really “in” in indie rock to sing with a strong accent à la the beginning of The Kooks, Los Campesinos!, Arctic Monkeys, The Wombats, Pigeon Detectives, etc. circa 2006?

Now ten years later, Happy Accidents is here to make accents cool again, with their unique brand of sugar-coated energetic indie punk, with a dash of twee and Britpop, as evident on their newest single/video pairing, the short-but-sweet ditty, “Leaving Parties Early”.

Happy Accidents will release their new album You Might Be Right July 1st via Alocopop! Records, and you can catch them at a handful of UK festivals this summer.
