Brought up on mother’s Fela Kuti, Meat Loaf, and later on fed on rock and indie music from the nineties the Harare, Zimbabwe born London based revelation of the year 2015 has delivered a rather disco tinged ballad/love song about somebody he knows. The flavors of Prince, Marvin Gaye and Quincy Jones shine throughout the track and the direction of the whole number is clear from the get go. As Rationale precisely planned it to turn out.
